That sounds right for your age. You'll stop growing by the time you're 25 or so for sure, but maybe sooner than that. It depends on when you started growing. But I read that men are fully mature at 25 years of age. Don't listen to the idiots that answer around here just to insult questioners. They need to grow up or ignore questions they don't like. 5' at 13 is good and above av for a dude your age ! ! All guys grow different some fast and some slow you may find that you will grow until your around 16, but you may also keep growing up-to the age of 20's.

you'll eventually stop gowing when ur 17, 18, 19 going into ur adulthood. but i don't really know the answer to ur other question. i'm so sorry. i hope i didn't hurt ur feelings or anything.
