Rolling Stones, hands down. The Doors was more about a guy doing stand-up poetry than music. And I always found Pink Floyd to be too depressing.

It's a tough call, but I would have to go with Pink Floyd. The Rolling Stones were certainly terrific and highly influential, but they basically just continued where the Beatles left off (ripping off the Beatles in the early years as well). The Doors were totally amazing but didn't live up to their potential because of Jim's untimely death.

It is hard to decide on which band was better because each band was unique in the own style. Each band contributed to rock in their own way, and they paved the way for many bands today.
The Rolling Stones brought their mind blowing riffs and Brit rock sound to the United States. Pink Floyd defined the use of electronic ambiance while telling a story within his songs. And the Doors eclectic genre of defiance and teenage angst defined a generation that was the 60s and 70s.
Therefore you cannot ask which band is better.
