WTF? Why in the world would you ask a question like this? If you want to poop out in the public then you have to have something wrong with you. But I have to say that I dont think that they will legalize pooping in the public unless you go to the public restroom. Do us all a favor and dont post a question like this again!

I've never been arrested for it. I do it all the time in public restrooms in complete privacy and whenever I take the dog for a walk no one has a problem with it as long as I pick it up. I of course prefer using a couple bags. These methods are perfectly legal, socially acceptable, and extremely common! For the record, public urination frequently accompanies the excretment in the same type of scenerio. Dog outside, me in the public restroom with complete privacy. With the same response.
