I need a exersise to keep my boobies perkie, anyone know of any?

put you're arms out in front of you and with both of you;re hands grab each arm before the elbow hold tight and push you're hands tours you're elbows do this several times daily

Yup.
Pass a small plate behind your back, and switch to the next hand.
In a clock wise motion. (All going behind your back, your arm should be reaching backward towards other hand, to pass plate off too).

You should feel a slight pull right under the your armpit/breast area, when reaching from one hand behind your back to the next hand.

This is working your lower breast muscle.

Oh and keep the plate and pelvic level, start with you hands at the sides of your hip (elbows should NOT) be bent.

Very important. Just 5 minutes a day will do.

im sorry i dont know of any exercises but i have heard that sleep can make them bigger. hope it helps!
