At work I seem to be able to get so much more done then several of my counterparts. It is irritating that they spend so much time on personal stuff and discussing other things and I am so busy, then they complain about not having enough time....what to do?

Agree. I sometimes feel the same way. All you can do is perform to the best of your ability. You'll be satisfied knowing that you gave it your best shot.

If it's that irritating to where you seriosly can't ignore it then talk to them about it, and if not keep doing your thing and soon you will get recognition for it. :)---Ush
