I watch a show about sex scenes in movies, and it said something about guys wearing some type of a cup that is tight and blends w/ their skin so their erection wont go up

Most of them wear a patch or a cup. And if it happens for I am sure it has happened before they stop and wait for it to go down. And start shootong again.

i believe in soap operas, for instance, they wear nude colored tighty whiteys to keep their monster under wrap.
