I'm in the sixth grade and I want one that is simple, but not too simple. I don't want one where I can't find the supplies either. I've tried a lot of sites but you have to download something or be a member. I'm really interested in electricity and plants just to give you an idea. I want one that I can actually enter into and and maybe even win but winning isn't my main goal. THANKS!!!

How much time will you have? You will want to spend at *least* a week on it.

For more than a week, try researching a small plant and see what you would like to test. Consider leaves, buds, roots, nitrogen fixing bacteria (clover carries this). Try getting either seeds or several plants that are a lot alike. You should have at least 2 or 3 for each category you are testing, plus a group for "control". Use different amounts of water, different soil, or different whatever for each one except for the control. Measure everything every time you water them. Bound to be an original project!

Part of the competition is thinking of an awesome idea. I'm afraid it would be cheating to help you on this. Sorry!
