i was wondering whether any of you are sick of the sight of jeff jarrett being TNA world heavyweight champ? i have been watching TNA on the wrestling channel for 4 years now and i have got sick and bored of watching jarrett as the champ. can't TNA make someone else champ instead? and i might be wrong about this but he has probably held that title for far too long in stark contrast to AJ styles, rhino and a couple of other ex champs. and he hit his opponents over the head with a guitar when the referee is distracted. for me, he can talk the talk but as a wrestler he is not as good as people make him out to be. why do you think wwe got rid of his **** years ago? and who could ever forget that terrible haircut he had as the then double jj jeff jarrett? his long reign somewhat reminds me of triple h and that oh so long reign he had as world champ a few years back. what do you guys think?

Totally agree... the problem is that he's a part owner of TNA and has creative control as such. I think he'll drop the title to Sting at the next PPV, but i can guarantee he'll get it back somehow. These guys definitely need to learn that one guy monopolizing the title is BORING for the fans. I will say this much... Jarrett is a whole lot better now than he was as "Double J" in the WWE.

It seems that I'm one of the small handful of people who find Jarrett entertaining. He's a very under-rated comedian, and his facial reactions can be priceless. The trouble with him is that his ring work just doesn't match up. The only match of his I've enjoyed this year was when Jay Lethal challenged for the belt on Impact last month.

As other people have been saying, the real trouble with JJ is when he gets involved with the booking. The number one hot property in TNA right now has got to be Samoa Joe. People have been desperate to see him get a proper title shot. Instead we get the Jarrett/Sting feud pushed to the top of the card and Joe getting very little TV time. It's one thing making people wait, it's quite another when it's obvious to everyone watching that it's all about feeding Double J's king-size ego. That just makes people want to switch off. It's no surprise that Impact's viewing figures have gone down since Slammiversary.

You agree with many of the wrestlers and other people in the business. Jarrett is known as kind of a self absorbed guy. When he started TNA it was mostly about him; now they have good talent and it's still mostly about him. Many in the company have complained but he still hasn't budged much.

Jeff Jarrrett owns 20 percent ot TNA so he has control over what happens with the title, and there is no way he will make himself a jobber. But yes it gets tiring watching people around him hold the title only to lose it back to him. (AJ, Raven, Rhino,Christian).

remember Jarrett owns part of TNA, so he has partial creative control. If I had a choice, I would put the title on Abyss. He can be a super cool champion if used well.

it doesnt help being creative controller and owning about 20-25% of tna but jarett is amusing you cant get away from that but yes its about time the title changed hands if i could choose it would go to the samoan submission machine samoa joe he is devastating and can finish a match in so many different ways.
