I think it's around 10 to 15 psi to break an arm or leg. I can't really remember what my Teakwondo instructor told me, but it's something close to that. It really doesn't take much.

I think it depends on the person's health. People with leukemia can break bones rather easily, same with people suffering from osteoporosis. Planning on doing some bone breaking?
