that's not good. :(. u are not being a Healthy, Positive, Productive member of society.

why are u giving ur wife a "reason" to say she's glad she left you?? u gotta pick urself up and Start Over. for your OWN good, no one else. u have to fix urself up so that u will be good for someone else. u can't expect to attract or maintain a good relationship w/ anyone if u can't handle things in ur life. that is why it's so important to always Learn, Grow, and be Positive. seek what is Healthy, and u will learn from ur mistakes. be a Better man thru this, and prove to urself, and ur ex, that u WERE worth something, and she made a mistake. so instead of wishing she came back, start looking toward a new future w/ a Woman who APPRECIATES, RESPECTS, ADMIRES, LOVES, CARES, TRUSTS you...and one that you can appreciate, respect, admire, love, care, trust... that is worth finding, and searching for, and building yourself up to Be. the past is in the past, and it's gonna take time to let it go. but u CAN do something w/ yourself. u can learn. u can grow. u can change. u can't bring her back, u can't change her mind, but u can Change Yourself. to become better. worthy. and find someone who is worth of you. good luck, and don't give up hope. life is full of ups and downs.. it's up to u to seek the Ups so that u can get thru the Downs.

All this shows how on another day, how strongly you will love again. It hurts now, but one day you will be with someone new, and you'll be on the opposite side of today's feelings. You will look back again and again in your life and realize this break up was one of the best things to ever happen to you. It's okay to self medicate, but take it easy and realize it is alright to feel sorrow and loss. Don't be ashamed of it. Deal with it and you'll get through it. It can only get better than this. You will see. :)

No one is worth killing yourself for. Try to talk to friends and family so that you can get all your feelings out. It will hurt, but not forever. Drinking is only going to make matters worse, so try to lay off the booze and pills. It only fogs your memory for so long. Get some help through your church or counseling as well if need be. But please don't kill yourself.

No relationship good or bad is worth killing yourself for.
Sober up and go find somebody else.
