If you are here legally and are authorized to work here, just go for it! There are no restrictions as long as you're here legally with the right to work.

A non U.S citizen would be a permanet alien and resident. Yes, they are allowed to practice real estate. A real estate license is required. Yes a non citizen who has legal status to work in America can get a job in real estate.

An illegal person cannot legally work or live in the U.S.

However, most companies are not enforcing the laws regarding this matter, and it is very difficult for an employer to verify ID. The practical answer is that you can get a job.
