What steps can one take? Is there a hot line? This caregiver has been told that they will inherit all of the person assets upon his death. To me this is a murder waiting to happen and I have not located a relative. Court records show that an agreement has been signed before a Notary that in return for care during this elders lifetime all assets become the caregivers. Please I need some serious help here.

I think you should talk to the elderly person, or look for signs that the elderbry has been abused , if that is the case you should notice the Hospital or the police and file a report against that person
