A Vibrating Tongue Ring, comes with two batteries and is attached to a surgical steel bar.

From personal experience, I think they are painful and a waste. You don't need a vibrator if the tongue/lips are good enough :-D
Find a more skilled mouth.
Its a battery attached to a special mechanism that virbrates. Hope you don't chip your teeth!

It has a small bettery, much like a ver small watch battery in the lower ball or enclosure.
