Yes, very much so. I do pretty much the same thing everyday. Sometimes I get so deep into my routines that I can go through the motions of an entire day without even really realizing what I'm doing.

there are certain patterns that stick with us over time... often we repeat them without much thinking, since it saves us from thinking again and again... and some patterns can be addictive, to body or mind or both....
most people are creatures of habit...but you can never take that for granted... how someone will behave at a given moment is entirely upto the individual...at the most, we can say someone will do something with a probability of 90% or 1-7 are the seven habits of highly successful people...

Yes I am. And it was the hardest thing for me to get around when I got married. I could never imagine having kids. I worship people who have children.

when it comes to my job yes and most of my co workers now this they stay out of my way when it comes to my job i like to get things done by a certain time but no big deal if i have to move it around

very much so...if something happens out of order, my whole day is messed up...i cant seem to get it together. i hate that! i have a specific routine that i follow to ensure that everything gets done quickly and efficiently.

yeah i cant put down books no matter what so i am always getting in trouble in classes and at night because i zone and dont listen to anything.
