Check it out with webmd.com the pic of the medicine is there.

Sounds like Tylenol, or Fiorcet generic.

One is over the counter the other is Rx.

You should be able to search that on the internet somehow. If you found it and dont know what it is DONT get caught with it. You could end up in jail if it is something bad and they wont believe its not yours. Throw it away where no one else can get it.
