If you are tryin to split the $39.50 between 3 people you should do $39.50/3 = $13.16 dollars each. If you do 3/$39.50 you get 0.0759493671 which is 7.5 cents

literally, this means 3.00/ $39.50 = $0.076

but that makes no sense. why would u divide by the dollar amount? most likely, u have 3 items, and they were purchased for 39.50. to find out how much each one costs, it's 39.50/3 = $13.17.

(4+a million/3)/(3-2/9) first take (4+a million/3)=LCM =3 =(12+a million)/3 =13/3 then take (3-2/9) = LCM=9 =(27-2)/9 =25/9 now take both considered one of them at the same time (13/3)/(25/9) even as branch comes we'd want to consistently take the reciprocal of the denominator i.e (13/3)x(9/25) 3of numerator & 9 of denominator receives divided and it turns into 13x(3/25) in accordance to BODMAS rule branch is first then multiplication hence 3/25 is 0.12 then 13x0.12 is a million.fifty 2 hence the necessary answer is a million.fifty 2
