run a long hot bath with some bubbles, light some candles and grab a book. maybe some peace and quiet will do the trick. a good cry is always a choice. i know how you feel on these days...you just want to scream?! I feel for you, i expect to feel that way in a couple of days (i have horrible pms)

I've been where ur at. Eatin or sex won't help try singin or wateva makes u happy. Go 4 a walk. Listen 2 music. Dance. Get all dressed up n go out. It helps a lot.

Make a gratitude list. Get a piece of paper and a pen and sit down and make a list of things you are grateful to have in your life. Sometimes I put down things like Cable TV, the Internet, my teeth, my kids, my education.......I saw a guy have a seizure about an hour ago. I'm really grateful I've never had one of those!

Well take time out to be by yourself for a while- do something that's enjoyable only to you- then go to a party and live it up!! Get drunk, and play with them fellers- (even if it's one that put you in this state to begin with) There are lots of little boys who would wanna get together- depending on your age of course

do something you really like to do. Maybe sit in a hot bubble bath. Read a book. Or just call a friend and chat. Of course ice cream and a movie is good to.

Take a deep breath, hold it for about 30 seconds, slowly let it out- & think, " I'm bigger than this; I'm better than this; and I'm going to go through this- one step at a time, until I come out the other side..." And then start counting the "steps" (things you have to do), one by one... Good luck.

Do something active, like go out for a jog or go to the gym, breaking a sweat will help you feel good about yourself=forget about the bad stuff.

you should probably look at all the good things that you have going in your life ..

ppl usually take the good things in life for granted and grumble at the bad things..

enjoy the weather.. breathe the air.. cool down.. think of nice thoughts..
