OMG yes... I have soooooo many probs with that. Some days i will be nice and happy and other days i will be snippy and mean about everything.

My fiance calls me Cybil - i dunno if you ever saw that movie, but this lady has like 5 personalities...and thats just how I am on the pills.

Talk to your doctor about that... s/he may be able to give you something different to help with your mood swings. :) I have had to try 4 different types of pills until my body found something it liked... Hang in there!

Hi, dear...
yes, taking the pill make cause you your hormones to be a little messy, but hey, try to think about all the positive things of taking it (almost total protection from unwanted pregnancies, shorter and less painful periods...)
But if it really makes you feel lousy you can ask your doctor to give you another kind of pill (I don't know which one are you taking now). Last generation pill are quite light and with considerably less side effects. You can also consider other type of hormonal contraception, such as the patch or Nuvaring (a ring that you have to put inside your vagina)...good luck!

I tried so many pills but none one stopped me being moody
so i'm on the coil now and its great no mood swings
if your fed up of the moodiness try the coil
