no police i am sure it was an embarrassment for them tell them that you would like a new chair give a week for them to do so.
If they don't come up with it because of cash problem try to understand but if they so no then call police and by law i don't think you can sue Judge Judy had a similar case and through it out

Fix the chair or get it fixed.

if you asked her not to sit on it or when she did you told her to get off, then you really can't sue. also if she said she'll replace it then just let her.
and don't let her sit in anymore of your swivel chairs

are you best friends with your neighor? if not why was she on your property to get any wear near your chair?
