she was 6 years old when I was born. Her mum was my mums best friend, so we were bought up together. Her mum sadly died but I visit her grave and put flowers on it for my friend, who has moved many miles from me because she needed to be with her husband. We still talk most days and are there for each other. We visit each other at every opportunity. She is now 60 years old and I still love her. thank you Mavis

My best friend I've known for 1 and a half years we text each other every morning and several times during the day we see each other at least once a week and we are so alike in many ways apart from she is blonde and I'm brunette

Ah that is so sweet! I have none as old as that! School friends are the oldest, but only in touch with 2 now. Its great to know people when youre older that you knew when younger, like you say you go through so much and it's nice to see how people change with family, jobs etc.

I have known my best friend sence the second grade and im in the the tenth grade now and my other bestfriend for 2 years.

thats very similar to me and my best friend.even though i dont see her as often as i would like i know that she is at the end of the phone and would be there if need be.its a long time and a good friendship.

ten yrs willow is the best friend anyone could have she seen me through marraige breakdown my mums death kids bein sick and through all my good times weve never once fallen out and i honestly believe friends are the family we chose for ourselves if i could pick a sister for myself it would be willow i love her to bits
