Such a person does NOT deserve a piece of your gorgeous mind to begin with. So I would say: Don't even bother, just move on.

While you may have strong feelings about someone and something they're doing, it is usually useless to give someone a piece of your mind. You might feel better initially but there are consequences for this that usually are not very fun.
Basically what you need to do is get ok with what is, without having them be different. Most people don't want to hear negative stuff about themselves so to try to make them understand you when they don't care about understanding you, it turns out to be a big waste of your time.

Lately I've been feeling that way. At school I wanna wring a friend's neck (who's soon gonna be my ex friend since she's been pretty rude to me). But I know I can't yell at her or anything like that.
What I do, is journal out how I feel and then take out my anger or punching a pillow or go out for a run and run as fast as I can. Then, I take a lot of time away from the person who made me feel like that.

I can totally relate. Even when you say it in the simplest manner they still don't comprehend what it is they are doing to upset/annoy/bothering you. I just tend to either ignore and avoid them if the situation permits. And if I need something from them that they are not providing I assess if I can do it for myself or if not, can I live without it. Usually, you will find it's less frustrating to rely on yourself or avoid others that upset us. KEEP THE DRAMA TO A MINIMUM!!!

I'm going through a similar problem. In my case, I do not care if this person understands, they will hear me and think about it later, or there will be repercussions. People need to know where they stand, and we should stand up for ourselves.

First of all pay them a compliment, e.g. that they are a very understanding person, they will be much more receptive to your feedback and more likely to listen! Be Brave, it takes courage.

Might as well just get it off your chest then. They might understand and if they dont at least you've released it from boiling inside of you.
