Get a bigger badder boyfriend? :P
First off, that isnt right that he is intentionally invading your privacy and you just stand by and let it happen regardless of how you feel about it. Stand up for yourself, be assertive. A relationship will be shitty if you LET IT BE!
The first step would to be making sure he cannot log onto your account. If you are both sharing an account, then change this.
Start Menu -> Control Panel -> User Accounts -> Create a new account
Make sure the password is something only you would think of.
Now he might have been a little **** and installed a keylogging program which would log every key you type and save it somewhere. Unfortunately I cannot explain how to root out this problem easily.
I am A+ certified and bonded in my state.I can setup security measures to ensure privacy. Email me at ComputerRemedy@husmail.com for my rates. If you are out of my area I can connect via Remote Assistance.

Well, it's truly impossible to delete everything - but I doubt he has the kind of program to restore it.
Most likely he has what's called a keylogger.
It records your keystrokes so he can can figure out everything you've done.
There are programs out there that let you find out what's running on the computer (hackthis) is the best program I can think of.
If you really want to stay with such a controlling guy - there are many things you'd have to learn to do to clear out what you have done - and make sure that he doesn't have a key logger running.
Without being there to look at your computer it'd be hard for me to find out what's really happening.
If you want to play email tag with me we can look at it together piece by piece.
For starters, send me an email and let me know what you already do to 'erase everything'
download hijack this! and run it. It'll display a log, I'd need a copy of that log - I don't care if you just send me screen shots.
If you have any questions email me. If you need to just remember my email address and use a different computer such as at a public library or a friends house then he won't know how often you contact me or what we say to each other.
to add to other posts mentioned about the admin password: if your b/f has enough intelligence to track you - he can probably log in as you - no matter what your password.
I have a CD that will let me boot into any windows PC as the administrator on the box, I don't even need to know what the password is.

I don't know what kind of operating system you have whether it is Windows '98, Windows XP, etc. but you can change the password on your computer when you first log on.
Also, I would recommend NOT writing down the password anywhere and keeping it in your head. Or you could write it down in a place where he can't find it. That way he can not find your password. Do not use your name, age, date of birth in the password. Use something like the first three letters of your grandfather's name and the year he was born backwards. You can also put symbols like '#' in your password as well. Example: If your grandfather is named John and he was born in 1923, you could use the password joh3291#. These kinds of passwords are really secure.
When clearing out the history, make sure you clear out all private data including passwords.
Hope this helps.
P.S. After all of this, try getting another boyfriend! :-)

First of all, you have serious trust and control issues with this guy and him looking at your internet history is the least of your problems.
Secondly, here is how you erase all of your histories, cookies, and other web info from your computer if you're using Internet Explorer.
1. Click 'tools' and 'internet options' in the menu bar at the top of the screen.
2. Click 'clear history' to get rid of your history list.
3. Click 'delete cookies' to get rid of your cookies (these keep the manes of the websites visited)
4. Click 'delete files' and check the 'delete all offline content' button.
You should be good. However, if he's installed spyware onto your computer he could be recording everything you do.
Go here http://www.safer-networking.org/en/index.html and download Spybot Search and Destroy. Install it on your computer and run it. It'll take a while, but if there is anything on your computer that shouldn't be, it'll find it.
You can also lock him out of your computer by putting a password on it. Click 'start - control panel - user accounts' Select the name of your account and set a password. This will keep his nosy self out of your computer uninvited.

Ok, First off I dont know how to help you, But you can try to put a password on your computer to where he cant get on to your account. So turn off your computer after you are done and make him create an account. I dont know if that works but you can try. Second thing, why are you still with this guy that likes to control you? What I dont understand is why are yall fighting about sites that dont mean anything? Has he always been so possessive? If so leave him. I have been with so many guys that have been controlling and yes I "loved" them, but honey there are so many guys out there that dont do that. Trust me, Ive found one. But my suggestion is leave him if you are fighting over stupid stuff like that. Its not worth it

You need to delete your cookies and your history. Cookies will tell where you have been too. He also might have loaded a program on there that will keep track of your key strokes so he would know everything you type. The easiest thing for you to do is password protect your computer, or dump the boyfriend. You should not have to deal with that kind of behavior.

He can be looking at the cookies or your Temp Internet Files. There's Recent Documents in your start menu you can clear by right clicking in your start menu. Even then you might have to go manually erase files in your Temp Internet folder. I've had this problem before also and the people who rummage through someone's own computer time needs to get a life...

I think that it's time to find another place to live and lose the snoop. Controlling people usually get worse as the relationship grows. Do you really want to be with someone who doesn't trust you? There are so many wonderful, fantastic men out there who would treat you beautifully just like you deserve. Be strong.

Well, anything I say won't work because your boyfriend is going to find out. He's probably going to look through the memory tonight and see that you posted this question. If I were you, I would keep the entire computer system on a passwork.
