when i send a email message the email address i sent it it says it comes from billy duran not benny duran why?

Is this a brand new e-mail address. Did you set it up yourself or did someone else do it for you. If you spoke to someone on the phone, I am thinking that perhaps the person did not understand that you said Benny. His ear may have heard Billy. If this is the case, I would call back and ask them to correct it.
