Who would have the rights on property after divorced and settled for a amount of land and re marryed the same?

this couple divorced 10 years ago and she settled for a home and a acre and they remarryed are they both rightful landowners or do they keep what they had?Also if the have not consmated the marrige is it legal?

Non consumation does not make a marriage illegal. The couple which had divorced 10 years ago on remarriage will keep what they had in their names. They will not inherit each other's property

If it isn't a community property state then what she had is hers before re-marrying. A community property state means everything is 50/50.
