ok, as I read this I am thinking you mean you have this as a prescription? If so, and in doubt then I really suggest you contact the airport in advance to see if you get in trouble for medicinal marijuana. I am sure you can do this anonymously. Ok, if this is just for recreational use then no way it can be accepted.

It's not really legal to take MJ anywhere. Unless you have a prescription. But even if you did, you can't smoke on a plane so you'd have to check it with your luggage anyway

well since it is illegial most places i would say YES and you can be busted and go to jail right there and then and the airports now because of 9/11 have dog sniffers and x-ray screening to see whats in your suitcase or on your person

it's illegal to have it in posession.. if they find it in your car/house then you'll get arrested
and if they find it in your bags at the airport then that's probably even more trouble.
