go to an antique shop and pick up a skeleton key, wrap it in a small box with a small heart made of any material, or bought at a store, and tell him it is the key to your heart. The nicer the heart, (china, porcelain, glass, etc.) the nicer the gift. you can also frame the both of them underneath a photo of the two of you.

Get him a watch, take him out on a night he will never forget, or do it at home. Go for some really nice cologne, or a really nice portrait (picture of yourself). Happy second anniversary!

i would make a huge effort to cook him something nice...lay out a romantic table...light some candles, play yours and his fave song, buy a nice bottle of your fave wine or spirit...cook food that he likes, run him a bubble bath, even take a bath with him, get out the essential oils, spice things up a bit...pamper him.... round the night off with some good old fashioned love making, then tell him he has a sink full of dishes to wash in the morning....lol.....now thats romance...lol

A nice watch. Tell him this is so he can keep up with the minutes that you are missing him when you are apart. Its kinda hard to answer not knowing the ages.
