Hi. Have anyone here signed up and registered for Gold Rush at AOl.com? Last week I did with my screen name without any problems. I played today and wanted to claim my first gold bar at AOL music. But it said the site doesn't recognize my screen name. So I had to reset my password or create one. I tried to email Gold Rush and got an Mailer Daemon message. Is there any way to contact AOL's Gold Rush. How can I play when I can't win and claim my gold bars?

I'm having the same problem. I used my email address as my screen name, but it turns out that AOL Music won't accept anything over 16 characters. I tried just using the first 16 characters of my email, but it says "not valid." And if we try to set up a new screen name, the rules say we could be disqualified for setting up a second account. I've tried to go to the FAQ page http://goldrush.aol.com/glog/2006/09/10/the_gold_rush_faq/ and post our question, but so far they haven't posted it or responded.
