First of all, don't worry so much about what you look like to others....more importantly is how you feel about yourself.

As for clothes, it is always more attractive to have clothing that is not too tight or way too baggy. Make sure that the clothing fits you and your size.

Stay with darker colors to give a slimmer silhouette, but don't be afraid to add color. Also, V necks will help you look slimmer, you could pair them with dickies or t's underneath to give you that appearance.

Stay away from stretchy or spandex, as they only emphasize problem areas.

There are lots of women who are in the same position as you. Go to the mall and visit the Lane Bryant Stores and speak to one of their reps. They will be happy to help you fit into some attractive clothing.

Once you get passed the low self-esteem and start feeling good about yourself, you may decide to take up a gym class or work out at home. Eat sensibly and follow an exercise program at least 3 times a week....before long, you will be in 16 to 18's and with a little patience, you might be trying on that size 10!

Good Luck

You can wax the hair on your chest. If waxing is not an option, I would suggest designer t-shirts they look and feel nice. It will be more expensive but at least you will have something nice to wear. Also scarfs will go well as accessories. Ever though about making your own?

Check out the following websites for plus size fashions

www.fashionbug.com
www.lanebryant.com
www.roamans.com
www.oldnavy.com
www.ebay.com

I have gotten a few things off of eBay at very reasonable prices. Fashion Bug has some cute things too...watch for sales though. As for your chest hair, you could try waxing. It's painful, but it works. Good Luck!

lane bryant is under the same company as limited and express. they always seem to have fashionable items for people who don't want to wear sack-ish clothes like muumuus.

u could look for sheer/mesh tops that you could layer w/camisoles as alternatives to t-shirts. they make u feel covered up, while still giving an air of mystery.

button front shirts and henleys are also choices you could look into.

the hair thing...u could try electrolysis or some other laser treatment. waxing is just temporary...
