Change your phone numbers, first of all. Then keep track of every interaction (phone records, keep those letters, keep a copy of the phone messages, etc).

After a couple of weeks of this, tell him (I'm assuming it's a him - women aren't too often this tenacious) you're filing a restraining order and THEN DO IT. After the restraining order is filed with the courts, ANY time he comes within the designated distance (usually it's more than 500 ft), call the cops EVERY time he violates the order; you can have him arrested for stalking. You can also have stipulations regarding phone calls, mail, etc.

Bottom line - do NOT take any crap from guys like this. Be tough and be strong and take the actions necessary to keep him out of your life - he's an ex for a reason!

This method is fail-safe.

Call her up and tell her you've just given your life to Jesus Christ, and you want to share with her the good news that god has delivered to you. Tell her you're having a prayer circle at your house with friends, tonight at seven, and you want her to come over and accept Jesus into her life as her personal lord and savior.

Let her know that you know it's in god's will that the two of you be together forever, and for anything else to happen would be sinful.

You'll never see or hear from her again.

This technique is also good for prank callers, and telemarketers.

You go down to the court -house and file a restraining order against them. That way they can't come within 100 yards of you or phone you or your family or your work. Good Luck

Good question! Mine is stalking me also. We were in a relationship for 3 years, and when I broke it off he started to stalk me. Now that I'm in a new relationship, he's stalking both of us!

Possibly get a restraining order if it gets too bad...if not, try and just ignore him...the least amount of attention you give it, the less satisfaction he will get out of it!

change phone numbers. talk to the police about how you report a stalker and ask if what she is doing is illegal. and if it will help get a video camera on tape is so much better than a he said she said thing. an save all your voice mails from her so that you can play them for the police or judge or whatever

Well it depends if it is ex wife or girl friend. If it is a ex wife get a restraining order. If it is a ex girl friend you can still get a restraining order or let her parents know.

Get your phone number changed. Write down everything they do and when and start a file with the police.

Best and safest thing is to get a restraining order against him/her. If they don't stop they'll be in court. Don't take the law in your own hands!

well that depend if they are male or female.
male ex: get someone you know to protect you
female: get another girl, they will fight it out and hopefully the new girl wins.
OR get an order of protection!!!!
