suppose that city A is 3335 km north of city B & that on June 21, the angle of the sun's rays in city B is 30 degrees. using Eratosthenes's method, find the circumference of the earth....

You need a bit more info:
At the same time, the angle in city a is directly overhead. Then use

30/360 = d/circumference
1/12=3335/circumference
c=3335*12
c=40,020km
relatively close
