Its got to be prision break! The story lines are fantastic and keeps you curious to the outcome.

Prison Break was a great show in it's first season. But it has fallen into the category of "absurd". If there had been a helicopter, they'd have been caught in minutes. Remember the last episode last year? They were at the airport as their getaway plane was taking off without them. Off in the not-so-distant distance was the cops rolling across the field. The Prison Break group was standing on the runway. An impossible getaway that was just kind of ignored at the beginning of this season.
I beleive that Prison Break was never intended to go beyond 13 episodes...at the most. But it caught on and people liked, so the story line needed to be changed. Now, the main premise of the show, which is that somebody was falsly accused of a crime and should be set free, is no longer relevant. Now, guilty of the original crime or not, they are no serious felons since they have broken out of prison. Where could this show possibly go? Best case scenario, Michael and the Dr. end up on the beaches of Mexico and live happily ever after.
Lost - now there's a show that I'll never forget. Sure...it has it's plot problems and impossibilities. But the characters are so strong, the writing is so unique, and the filming is of the highest caliber. I could go on and on about how much I love Lost...but I'd be typing all day.

Definitely Prison Break!!! Lost can't provide even half of the tension Prison Break provides in each of its episodes. Moreover the script of Prison Break is so much better - and it keeps me waiting anxiously for the next episode.

Ooh, tough choice, but I'd have to go with Lost, simply because it's hard for me to catch Prison Break on Monday nights.

Prison Break!!! The show is really good, but i think you need to see season one to fully understand everything. I also recommend the show after prison break: Vanished, it just started also!
