The traditional 90/80/70... scale has changed a 77% would be a c/c- in most school districts now. I believe 94+ is an A, 85+ B
76+ is the C range, 68 + is D range and anything below 68 is a bummer.

70% is a C so i think 77% is a C+

Yes although in some A/P classes it might be a B. In the real world that is on the low end of C+. The real world is not high school.
