Yes, we know of no other living organism in the whole universe. So in that respect we are alone. When (if) we find other life we won't be alone, but at this moment in time, the answer is yes. Just because everyone seems to think that in the infinite entirety of the universe the chances are there is other life, that's no good unless we know about it

No, the conditions of our existence are occurring all over the galaxy and probably in other galaxies as well.
The Bible was written by flat-earth thinking and very inspired people. They didn't know everything.
Most cultures thought they were alone right here on earth.
Some were destroyed because they were not known. We should understand if it happens to us and endeavor to ensure we do not do it again.
If we are alone then wouldn't it be our responsibility to inhabit space?

No. There is no evidence yet of other beings elsewhere in the universe but there's no doubt that they exist. I think the only question unanswered is when we will actually get to find proof of their existence.
