An A sharp is fingered the same as a B flat. An E sharp is the same as an F natural. A sharp has a few different fingerings.

Here's a great site that has lots of fingerings, both conventional and alternate.

No.

A sharp [b-flat] is fingered on all saxophones with the first two fingers of the left hand, and the first [lowest] sidekey on the right knuckle.

E sharp is "enharmonic" or the same note as F. All three fingers of the left hand, and the index finger of the right hand.

You have it backwards...sharps RAISE the note a half step, they do not lower it...so an A sharp would be B flat and and E sharp would be an F natural....what keys are you playing in?
