Rick Rude by far. I'm a guy but I remember girls would do anything for him. He was good looking, an incredible chiseled body, and a huge arrogant attitude.
For young fans he was a legend and one of the best heels. He would get a girl from the audience; usually very pretty, and kiss her and gyrate and then diss them. He was amazing. A great finishing move, the Rude Awakening which was a neck breaker.
