Recently, I went to empty my sent box, and I noticed a number of my outgoing messages had been read (they were no longer in bold type). Also, a message was forwarded from my account to a user in my address book. I didn't forward the message (in fact, I wasn't anywhere near a computer at the time the message was forwarded!). What do I do now?

OK, I don't have a trojan (software to detect this on all three computers I use to check the account), and changing the password isn't going to deter this person. If I know all three of my IP addresses, can I find out the other IP addresses that have logged into my account? (And I *know* they can change with some providers!)

1. Change the password. Use a combination of upper, lower, numbers, and special characters. (ex. P@s$W0rd)

2. Install and run virus and spyware protection. If you can't right now there are some basic ones for free to download. Google it. There are also sites that do free system scans.

3. If you have virus/spyware software already. Check for updates and install new virus definitions.

4. Create a new account. Transfer your address book over. Be sure to send an email to each person notifying them of you new email address and reason for changing it. Possibly warn them incase they aren't protected.

i'm no computer expert yet i've got confidence they put in a application the place they log your keystrokes to make certain what your password is in spite of fixing it each and all of the time. i think of you will desire to pass to a public computer or a working laptop or computer of a acquaintances and alter it there. Then go surfing in basic terms at places that's no longer your contemporary computer to make certain if it extremely is it. Then whether it extremely is, come across a working laptop or computer expert buddy to locate the place that nasty application is and have it got rid of. Oh, if someway you come across out who it extremely is, have their *** thrown in detention center so as that they might get some sturdy butt loving.

if changing your password doesn't help the problem go away - you have a trojan. Get a spyware removal program.

It could be a virus and the virus chose you as the victim. They chose your e-mail to forward bad stuff. It's that or someone indeed did hack into your account.
