ok its by a girl and in the video she has blonde kinda frizzy hair. and their is a girl with brown hair and i think its straight. also. in the video. their are all these professional swimmers swimming all the same way. and i would say its rock/pop. i need the artist and the song name. thanx! and thte first person right gets best answer. but still answer me =) caz the person may be rong and you might be the first person right

it was in american eagle, and there was the sincroncronized swimmers making all these shapes as these girls where in the middle of the pool singing the song.
