On Internet explorer You can enlarge/reduce the text on the web page you want to print by pressing CTRL and and moving your wheel mouse up or down.

Another option to change your text size is to click on the "View" tab on your web page go to text size and select the required size.

Please note that all web page opened there after will have the text size previously applied.

Hope this helps
