How about you have some one drill you. They name the state and you name the capital and then vis versa...

Go to a quiet room, and then write all the capitals down with their states from the book. Then take it slow. Learn 5. Then learn 5 more, and say all 10. Then learn 5 more, and say all 15, and so on. This always works for me.

Look up some maps of the US on the internet. Print some off and then write the capitals in the states they go with. Do a few of those and you should pretty much have them memorized.

If you study better by listening, repeat the names of the states and capitals out loud over and over until you learn them all.

If you are more of a visual learner, then you can look at them and study, or maybe look at a map to study that way.

Good Luck!

Depends on what kind of learner you are... If you tend to remember things visually... try making some sort of visual aid to help you remember.
If you are a phonetic learner (sounds) try making a song or a rhyme to remember them.
Think of how you learn the best, and apply it.
One thing I can say, don't cram the night before...you'll forget everything. Good Luck!

i dont know, but when i asked this question they said
"Study Harder "
Write , and write more
Do it every 1 hour , and try to remember some of them , you dont have to remember all of them at the first time , keep trying till you keep all of them
