I doubt it matters- Justin Timberlake isn't qualified to be a godparent. A godparent is supposed to be a good practicing Catholics. Technically, only Catholics can be godparents or sponsors.
A godparent is a relatives, even grandparents, who have a blood relationship with the godchild and have kept the faith over the years. Good friends are also appropriate, but sometimes friendships wane, leaving the godchild without an active godparent. Godparents should be faithful individuals who are ready to accept the responsibility of being a part of a godchild's life for the rest of his life.
The very idea of Britney having "godparents" is a joke.

Cameron & Justin's realtionship seems to be sincere & honest. She comes across as a fun & laid back person. I don't think she has any problems with it. And besides, I know Britney Spears has seen "Charlie's Angels 1 & 2". Cameron can whip that *** if necessary!

That whole thing is very Hollywood...weird and phoney...but to each his or her own. If camran is secure in herself and Justin relationship then Why would she worry...
Look at it this way Brit and Justin were childhood friends who happen to go out at one time ...

Its Hollywood, their aren't any real emotions or relationships anyway...it is all about publicity...I am sure he had to check with his publicist first before he could make this move!!
