No way! It's awesome! Dude, listen, I'm in matric and I go crazy over the stuff! Hey, you should see some of the 30 year olds that I train with! They sound like little boys when they speak about anime!

Well, larry if you describe yourself as a handsome and young guy going crazy over anime, its definitely ok. It's just the fun-side of you. But if you go carzy over handsome and young guys from an anime show, well, uhmm...I guess you know the answer to that...

Why would it be? I know people who are in their late 20's and older who are crazy about anime. Heck, I met a guy at the convention in Toronto this year who is 50+ years old and crazy about anime. Just make sure you are not watching the garbage that passes for anime on tv, but actually getting the full versions, in original language, on dvd. May be costly in some cases, but far worth the investment.

Ummm...dude, I am also in the 8th grade, and, well, it is perfectly okay to be obsessed with anime [unless you have o.c.d., or obsessive compulsive disorder, besides, i am obsessed about Naruto (but the character Kakashi), and Fullmetal Alchemist (Maes Hughes and Roy Mustang). ] So, yeah, it is alright. Don't worry, both of us, for the mean time, are still completely sane....lol

Its not bad its just a natrual thing. Who in the world is going to stop you? Well i was already crazy for anime in 5th grade. its my thing. Just do your thing and live your way of life.

No, I still do and I am almost 30. To tell you the truth the average age of an otaku is mid-twenties. So you have years to go before you are too old.....actually you are never too old.

no. i was crazy about anime when i was real young and then in the 7th grade i refound anime(because i had forgoten about it over the years). it is perfectly ok.

sure is! too much of everything is fatal, you know! especially for your age. you should know how to control, it's not bad liking animes but do not adore them too much or you'll end up confused between reality and fantasy.
