You have to use anti-perspirant not deodorant. Deodorant just covers the smell, while anti-perspirant forms gel plugs in your pores to keep the sweat from coming out. They also sell pads that you can wear under clothing to absorb it. Clean you pits well. As long as you don't stink, most people won't care.

Bathe daily head to soles of feet, except when active, then 2 showers daily. Use underarm deodorant after shower, (not one that prevents sweat). Use green soap under arms.

Try using baking soda. What you need to do is wet your fingers with running water from your sink, dip those fingers in the box (just enough to get some on your tips) Then, rub the baking soda in until it disappears. It's like magic, no sweat, no odor. If you have sensitive skin and put too much on without completely rubbing it in, you may break out. If you do break out, at night after you shower, cover your pits with vaseline to heal them, and start over in the morning. Make sure you do NOT put too much on!

Your doctor can inject Botox into your underarms to de-activate the sweat glands. That's a pretty serious solution that you should avoid until you've tried prescription-strength anti-perspirants.

My friend had the same problem and nothing she did helped until her doctor prescribed her prescription deodorant. That's probably what you'll have to do to. But if that don't work, I think there is a shot that you can have...I don't know much about it though so ask your doctor. Good luck!
