well, i have gone to Tons of cubs games considering im a huge cubs fan..and as any cubs fan would suggest, take the train! the red line stops literally about a block from wrigley. plus, while taking this mode of transportation you are sure to meet some awesome cubs fans with thousands of great stories to tell, god,you'll NEVER get tired.haha its a pretty awesome experience.
but if you must drive,there are various lots to park in,im not sure which is the best/cheapest but i know there are millions of lots to choose from.

It depends, if youre a vistor then go to a normal parking space, if youre a season holder park in the designated spot on the park pass.

park near a Metra station and take the train if you live in the burbs if you live in town take the red line there i think its the red line that stops near there
