Withdrawing is preventing a pregnancy, same with the morning after pill which prevents ovulation from occuring. Abortion is any time after conception when the embryo/fetus/baby is forcefully removed from the mother's body by an unnatural means. The morning after pill will not affect conception if the woman has already ovulated and will not harm the baby.

It's different because a baby was never conceived. Some people feel conception doesn't actually occur until a day or two after intercourse (waiting for the sperm to reach the egg and fertilize it). In that case, the morning after pill would also stop conception and not be classified as an abortion. If conception already occurred, it would be an abortion.

The "pull out method" is COMPLETELY different than an abortion or the morning after pill.

pull out--your (trying) to keep sperm from even entering the woman.

Morning after pill--your preventing the sperm (that's IN the female) from fertilizing an egg or a fertilized egg from implanting in the uterus.

abortion--you're (removing) killing an embryo (an egg that WAS fertilized) or fetus.

I see what you're saying, but in the same token the withdrawl method doesn't prevent pregnancy 100% of the time either. It's a crude method of birth control, but not abortion, since the definition of abortion is the removal of a mass of human cells that may or may not have resulted in a live birth.

No it is not a form of abortion because the sperm have not fertilized the egg yet at that point. Conception does not happen until the sperm and egg meet. Until that time it is not an abortion.

no conception, no child, no abortion

morning after pill prevents the fertilized egg from implanting in the uterus. If you believe life begins at conception, then you have successfully aborted a potential life

No even people who withdraw still subject themselves to the possability of pregnancy. From the pre-ejackulation. I would call this guy a jerk for messing with her head! If she doesn't want a baby she should be on birthcontrol that prevents!

Because no baby was ever actually conceived. If sperm actually gets in there conception happens within the first few hours.
