Why do the socialist dems in congress consistently refuse to enforce our immigration laws and refuse to close the borders?

because they need someone to vote for them. why do you think they keep trying to block a law that everyone who votes has to have an id? they want dem. to vote more than once and illegals to vote. this is common knowledge.

Way too many politicians, no matter what party or what political philosophy, in Washington are refusing to deal with the problem. Even the President says he wants a "comprehensive plan that includes guest worker provisions" before he will sign a bill.
This unending failure of Congress and the Administration to secure the borders has the conservative talks show hosts pulling their hair, because they cannot figure out why the government will not follow our laws already on the books.

I agree that Democrats are blocking things but on this the Republicans are doing the same. Remember they vote to build the fence but not to fund it...
However the bickering and goings on about the Goverment is good. A Do Nothing Congress means there not doing or spending Our Hard earned tax dollars.... Its all in the founding fathers check and balances....

there were also several Republicans voting against it in the senate.. or it would have passed... now I don't know the entire history of the bill... but there could well be more to it than is stated here... there often is with bills in congress...

All this rhetoric and political jibber jabber doesn't really matter. You can buy all the survelliance drones you want. People will cross the border, every day no matter what you do. So quit whining about it, and if it really bothers you move to another country.
