I know someone who is laughing all the time even though it is not funny. I mean when he/she speaks, he has to include some laughters.. So, what kind of personality does she/he have? Is this person lonely or does he/she need help!??? or is he/she optimistic?

Depends on the person. Laughter is a good thing. Now if they are laughing while explaining some sort of crisis then I would be worried. If they are just explaining their day or another random event then laughing doesn't hurt anyone. I would say they have a fun and energetic personality to be able to laugh that often. There is not enough laughter in the world.

"Gosh mystery t, I know people who prefer to cry at every turn. I believe it is unfortunate to cry over things we cannot change; however, everybody does it at some time or another.
In hindsight, its definitely better to find humor, even in misfortune, if able ... it's taught me to laugh more.
I just can't find any reason to feel sadness past what it deserves. After some time, I get a new perspective ... which is usually humorous. I suppose I have a sadness personality humor disorder. Heck, it's more fun to laugh!"
