no, you have to go out of Paris, the closest are Porte d'Auteuil, Ivry sur Seine or Bercy you can go there by métro (you'll need a car for others)

No guy there isnt any carrefour onto Paris cause its the beautiful town in the world it wont be a carrefour mall between the Champs Elysées and the Louvre -_-'

A Carrefour Mall (with foods) NO. But you can find a lot of big shops, like Galleries Printemps or La Fayette, where you can find all kinds of products, even aliments.

From what i can see, no, but you can always check out their site as I am not familiar with the geography in France. That is, how far away Paris is away from the other towns.
