Holding my head up and looking people in the eye, and walking with long strides always makes me feel confident, especially if im having a good hair day and like what I'm wearing.

there's a little saying, "fake it till you make it."
if you want to appear confident, just pretend that you are. look like you are. eventually, it will become part of who you are.
walk with good posture. look people in the eye. speak confidently. don't put yourself down to other people.
