Yes he is a great actor. But should he be allowed to come into Canada and break the law that citizens like me have to follow because is a "movie star"?

He and other celebrities should NOT be allowed to break laws in any country. Yes, he should be charged and fined or whatever they do overthere to those who break this law. The United States already cuts people like this way too much slack above and beyond what the average Joe over here gets. That is NOT equal justice under the law.

As the article said, No One is Above The Law. I don't care who they are, they should pay a price for breaking the law.

Charge him.....he won't care because he has the bucks. But why is he above anyone else. What a self centred man.

Woah....the way your question is phrased...I thought he had robbed a bank or something....or bought herion. But, he was smoking cigarettes! Ah!

Sure, he should be slapped with a fine - I think it's $105.00 for that. And, lord knows, he can afford it too.

Yes, I think he should be fully charged just like anyone else. And then, please don't be surprised if no one from Hollywood continues to show up at your Toronto Film Festival. Enjoy having it with no celebrities...

Maybe he didn't know. Smoking laws blow anyway. It's against human rights.
