My baby is often very sick, and it catches under her chin where sometimes i dont realise and sits there for some time, as result of this she is very red and sore under her chin and neck, also she has little pimples or spots under her chin and they seem very sore. Ive been putting sudocream on them and other suggestions?

if you know its going under there make sure you clean under there after ever feed. call the doctor might be time for a perscription

This is a type of yeast infection, believe it or not. You will have to get a prescription cream from the doc. It will be all gone between a week or two. Good Luck!!!

You could try putting vaseline on her neck, this provides a waterproof barrier on the skin, so she should be protected against further outbreaks. You could try Savlon on her sore skin too.

not sure what sudocream is ? usually eucerin or aquaphor will clear up things like that.

I have never heard of that cream either.You can use hydrocortizone cream or Eucerin lotion.That will probably help.
